Canada - Installation of flow regulators

Description

The Town of Montreal West is inviting bids for the installation of flow regulators, subject to obtaining all necessary certificates and authorizations. The project is located in the Town of Montreal West.
The work briefly includes, but is not limited to:
➢ Site visit and validation of required information ;
➢ Sump cleaning;
➢ Supply and installation of 8 vortex flow regulators regulated at 5 l/s ;
➢ Supply and installation of 2 flow regulators regulated to 20 l/s.
Tenders in triplicate (one original and two copies) will be received by the undersigned at the City of Montreal West, until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2024. These bids will be opened in public, on the same day at the same time, for the work mentioned in the title.
All relevant conditions are described in the tender documents, which can be obtained through the Système électronique d'appel d'offres (SEAO) at http://www.seao.qc.ca.
To be considered, each bid must be accompanied by an irrevocable bank letter of credit, bank draft or certified cheque, made payable to the Town of Montreal West, or by a bid bond issued by an insurance company recognized in insurance guaranteed by the Autorité des marchés financiers du Québec, in an amount equal to 10% or more of the amount of the bid (taxes included), valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the bid opening date.
In accordance with the law, the Town reserves the right to refuse any bid from a contractor or supplier who, during the two years preceding the bid opening date, has been the subject of an unsatisfactory performance evaluation by the Town of Montreal West.
The Town of Montreal West does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, without incurring any obligation to the bidders.
