Description
The Albtal-Verkehrs-Gesellschaft mbH (AVG) is building a new building with office and service areas and a small-scale retail trade with a gross floor area of approx. 36,470 sqm (including underground car park) on its own premises on Durlacher Allee in Karlsruhe (Germany), in the "Oststadt" district of Karlsruhe. It borders Gerwigstrasse to the north, EnBW headquarters to the east, Durlacher Allee to the south and Tullastraße to the west. There are other buildings on the site which are used by the client himself and which will be partly rebuilt. The development of the construction site will take place via Durlacher Allee and Tullastraße. The construction site is located within the operating area of the transport company. The quantity and scope of the order:Delivery, installation and commissioning of:- 1 fire alarm control panel,- 2 fire brigade information centres FIZ,- 2 fire brigade key depots, activation element and flashing light including overvoltage protection,- approx. 2 300 pieces fire detectors, - approx. 90 pieces manual fire detectors, - approx. 14 pieces aspirating smoke detectors including associated piping, - various couplers with housing, - fire control for lifts, - running cards, fire brigade plans, - commissioning, connection to the control center of the fire brigade Karlsruhe, - connection to existing building control technology.
