New construction of 223 residential units with Flexiheim, supermarket, restaurant, kindergarten, business and TG in Radlkoferstraße, Munich services: ElevatorsOn the building site on Radlkoferstraße, Munich, a new building with residential units (WE) is being built in the freely financed conceptual rental housing construction - KMB, WEs of the subsidised rental housing construction, Munich model rent - MMM, apartments of a freely financed special form of housing - Sozialdienstkatholischer Frauen e. V. (Social Service Catholic Women). (SkF)), privately financed flats for apprentices and city councils. Service employees, privately financed apartments, a flexi home, privately financed business (supermarket, restaurant), day-care centre with 2 crèche groups and 2 kindergarten groups and an underground car park. The following services are required:- 8 lifts,- payload 1 050 kg/14 persons,- 6-10 stops,- head of approx. 16- 25 m,- 1 lift group,- payload 2 000 kg/25 persons,- 2 stops,- height of lift 3,70 m,- 1 lift,- payload 675 kg/9 persons,- 2 stops,- height of lift 4,00 m,- 1 lift table,- payload 1 000 kg,- height of lift 0,43 m,- 1 loading lift table,- payload 3 000 kg,- height of lift 1,70 m.Terms of execution:- start of works: Delivery of the planning documents 6 weeks after placing the order, at the latest by week 24/2020,- completion and acceptance by week 30/2022.
