Infrastructure Power Supply Conversion of an existing transformer station in Hall 8 with MV switchgear, LV switchgear AV/SV, 2 transformers 1 000 kVA, control battery system, meter cabinets, raised floor, laying systems, high and low voltage cables, station control technology, protection technology incl. commissioning.
Infrastructure power supply. The conversion of the transformer station Hall 8 includes the following installation work in the ground-level technical rooms MV room, 2 transformer rooms, LV room and battery room;- Integration of the station Hall 8 into the existing 10 kV medium-voltage network of the FDG;-- via 2 existing copper ring cables;- Integration of the station Hall 8 into the existing FDG fibre optic protection and control technology network;-- via 2 existing fibre optic ring cables;- Installation of raised floor E30 / REI30 in all technical rooms (except transformer rooms);- Installation of transformer rails incl. installation of the control technology and commissioning. Collection, transport, installation and commissioning of an existing 5-field 10 kV medium-voltage switchgear SF6 gas-insulated incl. the UMZ/DIFF protective devices installed in the plant;- Conversion work on MV cable DIFF protective devices; removal and installation of existing/new DIFF protective devices in the MV stations Hall 7, Hall 8 and Hall 10.- Installation and commissioning of 2 10/0.4 kV dry-type transformers 1 000 kVA;- Installation and commissioning of an 8-field low-voltage switchgear;-- 400 V/2 500 A AV - Installation and commissioning of a 3-field low-voltage switchgear;-- 400 V/2 000 A SV - Installation and commissioning of a 400 V/630 A connection cabinet for a mobile unit;- Installation and commissioning of 2 meter cabinets 400 V;- Commissioning of an existing control technology cabinet according to the specifications of the FDG;- Collection, transport, installation and commissioning of an existing control battery system 60 V DC stored at the FDG;- Construction of new cable routes in the double floor (cable ladder etc.);- Installation and commissioning of a 3-field low voltage switchgearLaying of heavy and light current cable in the double floor;- Room installations including cable laying (lighting, sockets, light switches etc.);- Installation and commissioning of door monitoring;- Equipotential bonding;- Commissioning;- Protection tests;- Acceptance tests;- Documentation.
