Building volume:In the course of the development of a school centre in Wustermark (OT Elstal), the construction of a three-field sports hall in solid construction (STB/MW) with a flat roof and surrounding parapet is planned. The roof construction consists of glulam beams. The hall columns are partly prefabricated reinforced concrete elements or in-situ concrete columns. The sports hall to be built has 2 full storeys in the area of the social wing as well as a technical floor above it. The visitors' grandstand of the hall is accessed via the 1st floor. The building does not have a basement.
