The ground floor of the hotel is divided into a public lobby area and the Back of House. The Living Lobby, which covers an area of more than 1,000 m2, is largely two-storey, open-plan and is oriented via a large glass façade towards the southern boulevard of the Lab Campus open-air facilities. The Back of House contains the delivery, kitchen and storage areas and premises for employees. 13 guest rooms are located on the first floor, as well as 2 conference rooms, which can be joined together, with sanitary units, the fitness area with a view of the lobby and the administration. The majority of the building services are also located on the 1st floor, followed by five standard storeys, each with 69 standard twin rooms and rooms for the disabled in a two-high ring development surrounding a green inner courtyard. The hotel has a total of 358 rooms and 2 conference rooms, while the façade of the hotel forms a lamellar structure that envelops the stringent, simple structure. Only a two-storey recess with a canopy defines the entrance situation and the terrace area of the lobby and the restaurant. The hotel's anteroom is formed by a driveway with 18 parking spaces, which runs around a meadow. Entrance and exit are controlled by barriers. On the eastern side, there is a garbage house and transformer rooms as well as a free area for the employees.The services are not to be provided in the security area of the airport.The services are primarily the delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning of the following systems for the entire building and its outdoor facilities including all services required for the final installation as described in the tender documents.The contractor is to install construction site lighting in accordance with the SIGEKO plan/construction site logistics.The maintenance and repair services are also part of the specifications.
