New construction of 2 apartment buildings with underground car park in Munich, district Milbertshofen.the location is in the district Milbertshofen, Ostermayrstraße 4/corner Petuelring 96.the property size is 1425 m2.it is a multi-storey apartment building, consisting of 2 building parts. The buildings will have a basement, ground floor and 3 at Ostermayrstraße and 5 at Petuelring with a total of 34 residential units. An underground car park with 20 parking spaces is located on the building site, whose access ramp is located on the Petuelring.the following installation scope is required:- Meter cabinets for 39 meter spaces;- 72 sub-distribution boards for the high voltage current and media area in the residential units;- 500 switches and push-buttons;- 1,000 sockets;- 197 room thermostats;- 15,000 m of cable and lines;- 200 m of cable trays and climbing routes;- 50 fireproofing systems;- 130 LED lights.
