Description

It is intended to construct a canteen building with larger electricity consumers such as a kitchen and ventilation systems. Power is supplied via an in-house transformer (800 kVA), which is located on the ground floor of the building. An NSHV forms the basis of the internal house distribution. Approx. 21 sub-distributions and 4 further outlets for the kitchen sub-distribution are planned. For the cafeteria 2 separate counts are planned and the building will be equipped with a BUS system to switch the lighting. Due to the compatibility to the property only LCN is to be offered here. The certification for this system is a basic prerequisite for the circle of bidders, which, however, must be acquired at the latest during the execution. Only LED luminaires of different designs are used in the building. The emergency lighting system is connected as groups via emergency luminaires, whose feeds are assigned to the respective fire compartments (no central battery system). The exterior lighting will be tendered separately, but the power supply is part of this tender. A structured cabling according to DIN 50173-1 is planned for both TC and DV applications. For this 3 DV distributors (42HE) are planned. the handicapped WC plants receive a search and signal plant, as single plant. Note: The house will be equipped with a fire alarm system (category 1) in accordance with DIN 14675. It does not form part of this invitation to tender.
