Identification of the body awarding the contract: Commune d'Angoulême, 1 place de l'Hôtel de Ville - CS 42216, 16022 Angoulême cedex Subject of the contract: Call for expressions of interest - Installation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure on the public domain of the City of Angoulême (Art. L2122-1-1 du Code général de propriété des personnes publiques) Contract duration: The purpose of the consultation is to set up charging stations for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles on the public roads of the municipality. The aim is to enable people to recharge their vehicles 24/7, and to meet the growing demand for charging points over the next few years. The project covers investment (prefigurative studies and construction work) and operation (maintenance, operation, management of assets and electricity consumption, supervision, interoperability, marketing of the service, after-sales service, etc.). In return for the right to occupy the site, the occupier pays the city of Angoulême a state-owned fee comprising a fixed and a variable component.
