The subject of the award procedure is the construction work in the trade "windows and exterior doors" within the framework of the ancillary building project "IHK Bildungszentrum Nagold".The IHK Nordschwarzwald plans the new construction of an educational center for adults on the property with the parcels 3733/3 and 3733/4 as well as 3736/1 in the area of the street intersections Calwer Straße/ Lange Straße/ Emminger Straße in 72202 Nagold.The property is located in the northern city area of Nagold in an area with mixed, loose development. The adjacent use is also mixed, predominantly residential.The property is bordered to the east by Calwer Straße, to the south by Lange Straße and to the west by Emminger Straße. To the north, a property with residential development directly adjoins. The site slopes downwards from the south-east to the north-west by approx. 4.5 m.
