Description
The object of the construction contract to be awarded is the construction of the heat supply facilities for the renewal of the "Schwimm in" outdoor pool at the Ochsenkamp 54 location in 58285 Gevelsberg and the "SCHWIMM IN" outdoor pool in Gevelsberg. The renovation also includes the catering and sanitary facilities attached to the indoor pool, which are only used during the outdoor pool season. The heat supply is provided by the existing combined heat and power unit (CHP) in the indoor pool. The heating system is being restructured with the aim of increasing the running times of the block-type thermal power station. An additional buffer storage tank with a capacity of 5 000 l is planned for this purpose. Within the open-air pool technology, 2 further buffer storage tanks with a storage capacity of 2 500 l each are considered. With these storage systems peak loads in the power requirement for hot water preparation and pool water heating can be compensated. With both buffer storage tanks the running times of the combined heat and power plant are increased. The technical centre in the outdoor pool building as well as the arranged chlorine gas room are heated to keep them frost-free. The above-mentioned system technology is also used to heat the aforementioned rooms. The pipe material is steel pipe. The main dimensions according to the tender documents: 1 x 5,000 l buffer tank, 2 x 2,500 l buffer tanks, 450 m. medium-heavy threaded pipe DN 15 - DN 100 as well as the corresponding fittings, 230 m local heat pipe 125 x 11.4 x 250, 5 x high-efficiency pumps, 139 fittings such as e.g. a water heater, a water heater, a water heater and a water heater. e.g. butterfly valves, non-return valves, ball valves, dirt traps, manometers and thermometers, pipe vents, heat meters, 440 m heat insulation aluminium-clad, 2 diaphragm pressure expansion vessels, 1 x drinking water storage tank heating system with microprocessor-controlled charging circuit control, 5 x radiators 900 x 700 mm.
