Description

Energetic and general renovationLos 111 Heating engineering system, building automation.
Within the framework of the project financed by Stark III subsidies, it is intended to implement a fundamental refurbishment of the school building in accordance with the technical and legal standards applicable today. The following main items are the core of the procurement:- New installation of 260 kW district heating station incl. shut-off, control and safety technology;- Main heating circuit distributor with approx. 4 outlets DN 32(static/dynamic, electronically controlled pumps and mixing valves);- 4 injection circuits for ventilation units each approx. 1,000 m3/h (electronically controlled pumps and control valves);- approx. approx. 30 shut-off devices up to DN 40;- approx. 20 manual line control valves up to DN 40;- approx. 2500 m of heating pipelines made of steel with anticorrosive coating incl. thermal insulation/part of sheet metal jacket DN 12 to DN 32;- approx. 600 m of heating pipelines made of steel with anticorrosive coating incl. thermal insulation/part of sheet metal jacket DN 40 to DN 60;- approx. 300 steel pipe radiators with bottom connection H/W/D=500/1300/65-105 (main size);- GA room heating control for all teaching, teacher and administration rooms with motor-controlled zone valves and room temperature sensor (approx. 65 rooms), secondary rooms with thermostatic valve+head;- 2 ISPs for system and room automation;- 20 substations for floor-by-floor room automation;- approx. 600 data points (physical and common);- connection and control of ventilation and air-conditioning systems;- control of heating distributors;- including cabling of all components;- other auxiliary items: approx. 200 kg sectional steel for route installation, installation under difficult conditions (50 % creep cellar in KG), pull-out tests from hollow chamber ceilings.
