Description

The subject matter of the contract is works consisting in the construction of security systems for the facilities of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin located at 14 Racławickich Avenue in Lublin, in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the ToR, which consists of: a) construction and executive design; b) technical specification; c) works' preliminary (auxiliary) specifications.
The subject matter of the contract is works consisting in the construction of security systems for the facilities of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin located at 14 Racławickie Avenue in Lublin, in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the ToR2. The measurements of works attached to the ToR are of an auxiliary nature. The Contractor is obliged to thoroughly check the quantity of works with the design documentation. Due to the fact that the remuneration for the subject matter of the contract will be a lump sum remuneration, in the case of a larger number of works in any pre-mixed item in the course of the works, it cannot be considered additional works with a demand for additional remuneration. A possible lack of works resulting from the design documentation in the subdued item does not release the Contractor from the obligation to perform them on the basis of the design for the lump sum remuneration specified in the agreement.3The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract for the works includes the execution of the following elements: The place of the planned investment are the buildings and the campus area owned by the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin in Lublin at 14 Racławickie Avenue, i.e. Racławicka Avenue.The works will include construction and extension of the following systems: - CCTV surveillance television, - KD access control, - SSWIN burglary alarm system, - key depositories, - radio security communication and accompanying works such as building a LAN for the systems under construction.Additional notes: - noisy construction works will be possible during the hours agreed with the Ordering Party (the Ordering Party considers demolition works, drilling through ceilings and walls for the installation as noisy works),- as part of the execution of the subject matter of the contract, after agreeing with the Ordering Party, the Contractor is obliged to dispose of rubble and other waste in places of organized waste storage in accordance with the Waste Act of 14 December 2012. (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10). In order to properly perform the obligations arising from the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701, as amended). The Contractor shall acquire ownership of the waste/materials obtained as a result of the execution of the subject of the contract. If the Ordering Party recognizes the dismantled devices as valuable, the Contractor shall leave them at the Ordering Party's disposal without the need to dispose of them. Within the framework of the contract, the Contractor shall perform as-built documentation for the completed works - 2 kpl. The Contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee for the performed construction works as well as for the installed equipment and materials for the period specified in the offer. The minimum required period of quality guarantee for the completed order is 24 months from the date indicated in the final acceptance protocol. The Economic Operator may propose a longer guarantee period, which shall be taken into account during the evaluation and examination of tenders according to the rules specified in chapter XIV of the ToR.5 The Economic Operator entering the tender is obliged to lodge, before the deadline for submission of tenders, a deposit of the amount: PLN 30 000.00 (in words: thirty thousand PLN 00/100).6 In this procedure pursuant to art. 24aa of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority shall apply a reversed procedure, according to which it shall first evaluate the tenders and then examine whether the Economic Operator whose tender was evaluated as the most advantageous one is not excluded and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure.
