Organization of FOCL in the ground, cable ducts, along the power lines towers and across the substations territory, as a transmission medium for construction a DWDM network
Scope of works includes:a) obtaining of all necessary endorsements, approvals, permits and licenses and certificate of the responsible executor of work, which corresponds to the class of consequences of the construction object in accordance with Ukrainian legislation;b) development of working documentation (WD) in conformity with the requirements of the Ukrainian regulatory technical documents;c) preparation of a design for the implementation of geodetic works (DIGW), a work implementation plan (WIP) and / or flow charts and works implementation schedule of in accordance with the construction organization plan (COP), working documentation, requirements of regulatory documents;d) timely manufacture and factory tests at the manufacturer premises with the provision of necessary test certificates to the Employer, packing, marking, transportation to the site, insurance, handling, temporary storage on-site, corrosion protection of all structures, materials and equipment required for operation of structures and equipment;e) obtaining of all necessary approvals or permits from the owners of facilities, communications, roads and from land users through which the FOCL will be laid;f) performance of all construction and installation works in accordance with the requirements of design, working, normative and technical and operational documentation, state standards, building codes and regulations, technical conditions, preparatory work project, DIGW, WIP \ technological maps and other regulatory documents on the organization of 5 fiber-optic communication lines g) provision of operation manuals and relevant certificates technical passports, documents that reflect test results and other documents that confirm the quality and characteristics of equipment, structures and materials;h) testing of all the 5 fiber-optic communication lines;i) drafting of necessary 'as-built' drawings and documents, field and acceptance testing, and operational acceptance/ commissioning of the completed 5 fiber-optic communication linesj) warranty obligations, including defects removal during warranty period for all 5 facilities;k) implementation of measures for the protection and preservation of the environment in accordance with the EIA (environmental impact assessment) report which is a part of design documents, and requirements of legislative and regulatory acts;l) collection, safe temporary containment and disposal of waste and recycled materials, or their transportation to waste processing facilities (landfills);m) preparation of the necessary supporting documents and customs clearance of equipment that is supplied from abroad
