Description
Under the firm tranche, the Contractor will be responsible for the following lump-sum services:
- design and execution studies,
- removal of the existing power transformer,
- installation of a new power transformer to be supplied.
The services are to be carried out in accordance with the conditions defined in the Technical Specifications cited above.
The contract includes the following options:
- Option n° 1 : supply and installation of a new TSA auxiliary service transformer in accordance with paragraph 3.9 of the CCTP;
- Option n° 2 : supply and replacement of the CJ cabinet in accordance with paragraph 3.10 of the CCTP;
- Option n° 3 : supply and replacement of the grouping box in accordance with paragraph 3.11 of the CCTP.
These options may be exercised independently by the CEA when the contract is signed, in which case they will be deemed to form part of the firm tranche.
