Description
The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey, Eastern Ecological Science Center in Laurel, MD has a requirement to install two automatic security gates (12ft finished opening), system compatible card readers, vehicle sensing loops, and other applicable hardware/software as needed for ingress egress applications. The project magnitude is between $250,000 and $350,000. The purchase is being conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 238990 and the size standard is $15.0 million. There will be a site visit conducted at USGS Eastern Ecological Science Center, 12100 Beech Forest Road, Laurel, MD 20708. The site visit may be arranged by appointment with the Facility Manager as described under Section L.11 and L.12. The award will be made to the offer that provides the best value to Government considering past performance equal to price, with exception. The deadline for quote packages is June 28, 2024.
