Brief description of services required:
The purpose of this call for tenders is to find a SERVICE PROVIDER capable of providing the expertise, manpower, tools and equipment required to carry out inspections and maintenance, corrective work and updating of the sports equipment register in the gymnasiums, indoor arenas and sports arenas of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION's establishments. In order to provide users with a safe environment in which to practice sports activities, as described in these specifications, all in accordance with the conditions of this call for tenders.
Contract start date: End of September 2023
Contract end date: End of September 2025
CONTRACTOR must hold the appropriate specialized contractor's license from the Régie de Bâtiment du Québec (RBQ) under subcategory 11.2- Special equipment and products. Proof of certifications is requested with bid submission.

All bids must be received at the Public Organization's address, for a public opening at the same location on the same day and at the same time. Any bid received after this time will be automatically rejected.
Tenders may be submitted electronically, but only via the SEAO.

Opening of bids: immediately after the deadline for receipt of bids.
