Description

1.Classification code of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 38500000-0 (control and testing equipment).2.The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of a system for chromatographic-microfluid analyses, together with a computer set and monitor, hereinafter referred to as "equipment" for the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Gdańsk.3.Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Annex 1a to ToR.4The order includes delivery, bringing in the apparatus, assembly, installation in a place indicated by the Ordering Party, checking the operation of the apparatus and training at least 2 persons of the Ordering Party in the scope of apparatus operation.5.Place of equipment delivery: Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Gdańsk, Wita Stwosza 63, 80-308 Gdańsk, room A214.6.The warranty period for the apparatus shall not be shorter than 24 months. Detailed warranty provisions are contained in § 6 of the draft agreement - Appendix No. 5 to the ToR.7.Order completion date: up to 8 weeks from the date of agreement conclusion.
Chapter II of ToR: The procedure is conducted in an open tender pursuant to art. 39 of the Act on the estimated value above the thresholds specified in the regulations issued pursuant to - art. 11 par. 8 of the Act.The Contracting Authority, pursuant to art. 24aa of the Act, shall first evaluate the tenders in terms of the grounds for their rejection - art. 89 par. 8 of the ToR. In the contract award procedure communication between the Awarding Entity and Economic Operators takes place exclusively through the miniPortal https://miniportal.uzp.gov.pl/, ePUAP https://epuap.gov.pl/wps/portal and e-mail. Economic Operators intending to participate in this procedure must have an account on the ePUAP. The Economic Operator who has an account on the ePUAP has access to the Form for submission, amendment, withdrawal of an offer or application and to the Form for communication. Documents or statements prepared in a foreign language must be submitted together with a translation into Polish, subject to the document referred to in point 3 of Chapter VII of the ToR.
