United Arab Emirates - Innovative solutions to help mitigate challenges in the healthcare sector

A leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is looking to engage with UK healthcare and life sciences companies that can help solve specific challenges in the industry. 

They:

• provide healthcare and treatment services
• implement preventative measures
• combat epidemics and disease
• manag the public hospitals and medical centres across the UAE, offering residents healthcare services without additional service charges

With an already strong digital health and AI offer, the provider is now working to identify and implement innovative, one-of-a-kind solutions across their practices.

They are interested in finding UK companies that fall within the following categories:

• reducing burnout and workload for medical staff
• training of medical staff in using AI and leadership to improve accuracy of AI in healthcare facilities
• AI solutions
• decision-making support for predictive analysis and automated discharge summaries

At this stage conversations are only exploratory. The UK Department for Business and Trade will work on developing a list of interested companies to share with the provider. 

Eligible companies will need to:

• have an active Companies House number 
• list the specific challenge their solution is able to help overcome
• provide a clear 150 word statement detailing how their product or service can help overcome this specific challenge
