Description

Building upon the success of our first Social Innovation Hub in Ballymun, North Dublin we are expanding our enterprise to Dublin city - renovating a vacant space into our second Social Innovation Hub. Social innovation hubs have responded to a need for a place for like-minded creative & socially conscious entrepreneurs to support each other to excel at social business (and business). They are places that allow ideas to become reality - people are provided with a space to brainstorm new ways of responding to social and economic challenges, and test and implement their solutions. We aim to create a dynamic entrepreneurial and social space, hosting a community of people from different professions and backgrounds who are taking action to drive positive social, economic and environmental change. With partners we will facilitate these people to develop innovative, practical, sustainable, market-based approaches that benefit society, either through enterprise or social enterprise with end to end start-up supports. Full tender document attached below. Date for Receipt of Tender Tenders should labelled "Tender Social Innovation Hub" and emailed to: Fiona Descoteaux, CEO, Innovate Dublin Communities CLG via fiona@innovatedublin.org and Cc Anne Orrock, Finance Manager, Innovate Dublin Communities CLG via anne@innovatedublin.org by the closing date Friday 25th January 2019.
