The Texas General Land Office – Community Development &
Revitalization (“GLO-CDR”) is requesting proposals from qualified Respondents
evidencing an ability to conduct research, analyze and provide a comprehensive report
detailing the impacts of infrastructure projects on communities’ residents,
economy and flood mitigation associated with the GLO’s administration of
Community Development Block Grants for Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) and
Mitigation (CDBG-MIT).
