The market meets Enedis' sourcing needs to consolidate its cyber security capabilities and anticipate the development of new electricity distribution activities.
General and recurring cyber security services bringing together the players known as strategic partners having in totality- an ability to address, with priority being given to the use of a catalogue of services, standardised or certified by ANSSI;- all the products, solutions and services of the cyber security sector;- several packaged services of the cyber security sector simultaneously;- proven experience in the management of structuring projects and the integration of industrial and tertiary systems;- a portfolio of partnership agreements with market-recognized publishers of cyber security solutions;- a significant international presence with the implementation of security centers (SOC) and CSIRT/CERT;- the ability to mobilize a significant taskforce in the event of a crisis;- a training program and transfer of cyber security skills to its customers.The description of lot 1 is detailed in the CCTG available under the internet address: https://portail-achats.enedis.fr under RFx_092215. Specific or emerging cyber-security services bringing together the so-called innovative actors having in part:- a capacity to address one or more categories of services in the cyber security sector;- specific or specialized expertise, either in-house or indirectly;- a capacity to monitor trends and technological breakthroughs;- recognition for innovation (publication, label, excellence awards, etc.) by experts in the cyber security world;- a capacity to animate innovation ecosystems or access to the R&D environment;- access to innovative solutions, proprietary or indirect, in cyber security technologies/services;- a disruptive and non-academic innovation approach in the implementation of cyber security solutions (bug bounty, destructive testing, blockchain, AI, etc.).The description of lot 2 is detailed in the CCTG available under the internet address: https://portail-achats.enedis.fr under RFx_092215.
