- supply of a solution for the dematerialised management of land rights authorisations and land files, implementation and parameterisation, integration into the information system, data transfer and training; - the purpose of this consultation is to acquire, adapt, deploy and maintain a dematerialised management system for land rights authorisations (ADS) and land files (DIA, other files) for all the cities of Bordeaux metropolitan France (twenty-eight local authorities).
