Description

The main aim of setting up a H24 SIT and Cybersecurity room is to supervise, operate and administer technical infrastructures and application chains for security and customers in order to acquire and strengthen RTE's long-term control over these activities. In the area of application chains and data centres, this will result in a need for specific technical skills that will support RTE's internal skills for the administration and operation of industrial and tertiary IS, in accordance with the strategy of setting up H24 rooms. This support will be located on RTE's premises in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
The service consists of supporting RTE teams with level 3 technical support skills in the operation and administration of servers, storage components, database management systems and applications, as well as with level 1 & 2 (24/7 desk - supervision and operation of information systems and data centres).A few examples, not exhaustive, of the tasks that are expected:- technical support during the commissioning phases;- support for the management and maintenance of the production and pre-production environments;- updating of operating documents (installation and operating files), operating procedures and associated scripts, optimisation of procedures;- support in the administration of physical and virtual systems, middleware, storage, operating tools and databases;- advanced technical analysis (log analysis, SQL queries, environment settings);- maintenance of infrastructures in operational condition;- maintenance and operations on servers and applications;- management of perimeter problems.This support will be located on RTE's premises.
