Description
The main challenges of the project are:- to manage the obsolescence of the Service Manager, ITAC and Aistel tools;- to provide the H24 rooms with tools for the ticketing function;- to harmonise processes by working on commonalities;- to facilitate national and cross-functional analyses;- to facilitate the management of contractual relations (SLA, steering, etc.).
At the heart of RTE's digital transformation, the Information Systems and Telecommunications Division (DSIT) is supporting the evolution of RTE's businesses by creating new digital solutions and operating the associated infrastructures.The project consists of replacing the three applications described below:- Service Manager is the ITSM tool for the Tertiary IS and office automation domains. It manages incidents, requests and problems on the office automation and IS Tertiary domains. It is based on the HP Service Manager tool, in its version 9.3. This tool is now outdated. Upgrades are very complex, due to the large amount of specific developments that have been made;- ITAC is the CMDB for the office automation and IS Tertiary domains. This tool is based on HP Asset Manager 5.22. It is old and outdated;- Aistel manages incidents and requests for the Industrial IS, Telecom and ASI Equipment domains. It is an application based on BMC Remedy 8.1.02. Like Service Manager, this application is outdated, but the upgrades are too complex because of the large amount of specific developments. It is based on the Infotel and Infoposte repositories.The services expected within the framework of this contract are as follows:- integration of the Office Ticketing and IS Tertiary solution.Expected services: implementation of the software base and agile development.- integration of the Office CMDB and IS Tertiary solution.Expected services: implementation of the software base and agile development.- Expected services: implementation of the software base and agile development - Mobility, cockpit, BI: the content will be defined later - Training, TJM on BPU.
