Description

The purpose of the contract is to supply, integrate and maintain a privileged access management solution (administration bastion) to enable ENEDIS to:- Manage and monitor privileged sessions;- Manage and audit privileged account secrets;- Centralize the management of privileged accounts and target equipment.
The main features expected are:- Manage and monitor privileged sessions. In addition to monitoring, this involves collecting and centrally storing all the traces associated with administrative actions performed on IS equipment - Centralize the management of privileged accounts. This functionality generates an important SPOF (Single point of failure) that needs to be secured - Responding in a concrete way to the requirements and security compliance of certain sensitive areas subject to audits and controls that follow reinforced security standards (NIS etc...) - Limiting the exposure of the administration interfaces of the IS equipment in order to make them accessible only from a centralized and secure access point For this, it is expected :- Functional requirements for the expected solution: compliance and interfacing, centralized management, secrets management, application security, operations traceability, reporting, backup and restore, authentication.- Functional requirements for the service provision: integration, training, maintenance and support missions.The CCTP, attached to the RFI n°114091 of the EDF electronic purchasing platform, describes the content of the expected services.
