Description

This contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders. The market for the SPOT (Monitoring and Control of Technical Operations) CMMS Service Center aims to secure the skills and knowledge on: the CMMS IS SPOT-IF (Railway Installation), SPOT-EO (Machinery and Tools) and ASR (Application for Recording the Realized).- The SPOT-IF application aims to handle the entire maintenance activity (Systematic Preventive Maintenance, Conditional Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance), on all fixed installations (electrical installations, signalling equipment, catenaries, tracks, etc.) of the SNCF Infrastructure. The EO CMMS application contains the assets of the machines and tools, described as non-linear and non-geographically located assets, the rules and the associated maintenance sheets, integrating systematic preventive, conditional and corrective maintenance. - The ASR application aims to be the central application for the financial management of railway maintenance.
