Description

The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover the needs for functional AMOA required by the projects making up the programme roadmap between 2021 and 2025. The framework agreement will make it possible to conclude, as and when needs arise and through the conclusion of subsequent contracts, appropriate support services, under the best conditions of cost, quality and deadlines.This framework contract is intended for consultancy firms specialising in the digital transformation of organisations and is made up of three lots: - lot A: finance - procurement and logistics; - lot B: human resources; - lot C: customer relations.
The purpose of this lot is to cover the needs of functional business analysis required by digital transformation projects in the fields of finance - procurement and logistics. The purpose of the package is to cover the functional business requirements of digital transformation projects in the field of human resources, up to a maximum number of two assignees for this package. The purpose of this lot is to cover the functional BPO needs required by the digital transformation projects in the field of customer relations. The maximum number of assignees for this lot is three.
