Description

For the survey and adaptation of all gas appliances in their network areas and for project management and quality assurance, clients need powerful software. Since the companies involved in the market space changeover are each dependent on each other's services and the associated data exchange, a complete software solution is needed which is generally intended for parallel use by all participants. Against this background, the software should contain the following (higher-level) function modules (details can be found in the award documents):- possibility of use by several users (no single-user version),- German-language help functions and dialogues between software and user,- working environments, in particular data fields, for all spheres of market space conversion (survey, adaptation, quality assurance, project management),- data interface to the DVGW database (at least read access (holeGeraete // holeGeraeteErfahrung); further information at: http://www.).l-h-gas.de/adaptation database/interface/),- Storage of technical data such as installation sketches, manuals, operating instructions, etc..,- Acquisition of photographs and their output in common file formats,- Data transfer via Internet and Bluetooth,- Support of standard file formats such as MS-word or MS-excel for data export,- Various user roles/rights,- Data backup and data protection mechanisms,- Comprehensive search functions,- Automated mechanisms, flexibility and/or expandability and a high degree of practicability are required in particular for the time-efficient implementation of individual measures within the scope of the market space conversion. Therefore, the software should be able to implement the following (higher-level) task scenarios (details can be found in the award documents):- separate modules suitable for the tasks of project management, quality assurance and collection and adaptation,- individual authorisation to read, edit and/or modify data,- implementation of data from Excel file formats and creation of Excel lists,- possibility to automatically create (info)letters (MS-word),- monitoring/tracking the activities of the participants,- Creation of price groups,- Creation of reports, in particular within the framework of project management,- Schedule and route management,- Distribution of orders,- Creation of checklists,- Transfer of orders to third parties,- Collection of gas appliance data and planning of adaptation,- Time recording,- Creation of material and order lists,- Collection of test criteria with scoring,- Evaluation of test results,- Collection of signatures.
