Description

The subject of the contract is the procurement of a new IT specialist procedure for the RGU of the City of Munich for the optimal processing of all activities in the "underground" area. The object of the service is therefore:1) Procurement of standard software for the underground data of the LHM with the following technical components: Data storage, data maintenance and data evaluation;2) Licenses40 licenses (incl. maintenance and servicing fig. 8) are granted indefinitely for a one-time fee. As well as optional approx. 8 licenses (incl. maintenance Zif. 8) during the entire contract period incl. extension option. The 40 licenses can be read by 40 users at the same time. 20 persons can change (edit) data with their licenses at the same time. The 8 optional licenses are also licenses for persons with the role editing;3) Data migration/data transformation: The contractor takes over the migration of the complete specialist data from the old process. The Contractor transforms the data available in the current system into the new reference systems (UTM and DHHN2016);4) Product extensions/adjustments of the technical procedure to the requirements of the Client in accordance with the performance description;5) Provision of the necessary interfaces;6) Bringing the system ready for operation:- Responsibility for the installation and configuration of the IT process until it is ready for operation in the AG's infrastructure, installation and configuration on 2 test environments and a production environment on site at the AG, support in the integration of the new IT process into the AG's system landscape, both the server-side and the client-side part in the infrastructure, which are locally separated, in the commissioning of the interfaces, in the testing and troubleshooting of the IT process and its interfaces, and in the introduction (go-live, early live support).7) TrainingExecution of training courses for approx. 36 users incl. staff council and 2-3 administrators;8) Service and maintenanceThe services for the IT specialist procedure begin after acceptance of the overall system by the AG, and run for 5 years with the option of an optional extension by a further 5 years;9) Service contingent over the contract term (requirement item without claim to acceptance with a scope of approx. 20 person days per year for optimisation and extension of the IT specialist procedure;10) Documentation operating manual, administrator manual, user manual.
