Chile - Industrial Salt supply agreement

Description

That, the Hospital del Salvador needs to have a Supply Agreement for Industrial Salt, four thousand (4,000) corn-type bags of 25 Kilos each for the Central Boiler, Dialysis and Sterilization Unit of the Hospital del Salvador;

That, due to the amount determined, the present bidding is located in the section for contracts equal to or greater than 100 UTM and less than 1,000 UTM, in accordance with Article 19 bis of the Regulation of Law Nº19,886;

Having made the respective consultations, the provision of these goods or services is not available through the Framework Agreements offered in the Information System of the Procurement Department, www.mercadopublico.cl;
