Description
The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new, legally and physically defect-free R&D equipment to the E-production laboratory: 6 industrial robots with equipment. The subject of the order is divided into 6 parts. Further information on the contract within particular parts (including the types of equipment comprising a given part) is given below in the notice, with full details and exhaustive information within the indicated scope provided in the ToR. The term "ToR" used in the notice shall be understood as the documents of this contract that constitute the specification referred to in Article 36 of the Polish Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the "PPL Act"). This procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure within the meaning of the PPL Act. The procedure does not provide for conclusion of a framework agreement or establishment of a dynamic purchasing system. The use of electronic auction in selecting the most advantageous offer is also not envisaged.
The subject matter of this order is the delivery of a brand new (unused), legally and physically defect-free heavy-duty robot for the manipulation of sheet metal with equipment, including the Software (the Hardware). A detailed description, indicating parameters or any other type of minimum technical, functional or other type of properties expected by the Employer for the Equipment is contained in Appendix 1 to the ToR - Technical and Scope Description of the subject matter of the contract for Task No. 1.2. The scope of this contract - delivery of the above mentioned delivery includes at least:1) sale and delivery of the offered Equipment to the Employer in place of: Technology Hall of the West-Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin at al. Piastów 19a in Szczecin;2) providing the Awarding Entity with a minimum of a perpetual, full and at least one-station license with regard to the computer programs indicated in Annex 1, as well as any other computer programs, if such programs will be the subject of an offer in Task 1 or components necessary to use the Equipment offered in Task 1;3) preparing the Equipment delivered to the Awarding Entity in the performance of this order for use, consisting of a minimum ofa) installation (including, if necessary: fitting, putting together, connecting, performing the configuration, including IT configuration) of the individual components comprising the Equipment, b) integration, details of which are contained in § 4 item 4 of the Terms of Reference. 1 item 2) of the Model Agreement constituting Attachment No. 17 to the ToR,c) and then conducting the first trial run of the Hardware in order to confirm the correctness of its operation (work);4) providing the Contracting Authority with a guarantee for the Hardware offered, delivered and released to the Contracting Authority, where it is required to provide a guarantee for the Hardware for a period not shorter than 24 months, counting from the date of releasing the Hardware to the Contracting Authority;5) conducting for a minimum of 4 persons (future users of the Equipment) on the Purchaser's side (at the Equipment Delivery Point) an instructional training to prepare these persons for the correct operation and use of the Equipment, lasting at least 3 days (18 h).6) Issuing to the Awarding Entity: a) the Warranty Document for the fact of granting the Awarding Entity the warranty referred to above (to the extent resulting from the submitted tender); b) the Technical Documentation of the Equipment (as machines) meeting the requirements of the whole point 1 of Appendix No. 2 to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 21.10.2008 on essential requirements for machines (Journal of Laws 2008 No. 199 item 1228 as amended). The indicated technical documentation is subject to issue in Polish (or with translation into Polish); c) EC Declaration of Conformity of the Equipment (as machines), meeting the requirements of the whole point 1 of Annex No. 3 to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 21.10.2008. d) Other documents, if they are necessary to use the Equipment or are listed in Annex 1 to the ToR or in the relevant Model Agreement, as documents to be issued to the Contracting Authority at the stage of Equipment acceptance. The subject matter of this order is the delivery of a brand new (unused), free from legal and physical defects, welding robot with the Equipment, including the Software (hereinafter referred to as the Equipment). A detailed description, indicating parameters or any other type of minimum technical, functional or other type of properties expected by the Contracting Authority for the Equipment is contained in Annex 2 to ToR - Technical and Scope Description of the subject matter of the contract for Task No. 2.2. The scope of this contract - delivery of the above mentioned delivery includes at least:1) sale and delivery of the offered Equipment to the Contracting Authority in place of: Technology Hall of the West-Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin at al. Piastów 19a in Szczecin;2) providing the Awarding Entity with a minimum of a perpetual, full and at least one-station license with regard to the computer programs indicated in Annex 2, as well as any other computer programs, if such programs will be the subject of an offer in Task 2 or components necessary to use the Equipment offered in Task 2;3) preparing the Equipment delivered to the Awarding Entity in the performance of this order for use, consisting of a minimum ofa) installation (including, if necessary: fitting, putting together, connecting, performing the configuration, including IT configuration) of the individual components comprising the Equipment, b) integration, details of which are contained in § 4 item 4 of the Terms of Reference. 1 item 2) of the Model Agreement constituting Appendix No. 18 to the ToR,c) and then carrying out the first trial run of the Hardware in order to confirm the correctness of its operation (work);4) providing the Contracting Authority with a guarantee for the Hardware offered, delivered and released to the Contracting Authority, where it is required to provide a guarantee for the Hardware for a period not shorter than 24 months, counting from the date of releasing the Hardware to the Contracting Authority;5) conducting for a minimum of 4 persons (future users of the Equipment) on the Purchaser's side (at the Equipment Delivery Point) an instructional training to prepare these persons for the correct operation and use of the Equipment, lasting at least 3 days (18 h).6) Issuing to the Awarding Entity: a) the Warranty Document for the fact of granting the Awarding Entity the warranty referred to above (to the extent resulting from the submitted tender); b) the Technical Documentation of the Equipment (as machines) meeting the requirements of the whole point 1 of Appendix No. 2 to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 21.10.2008 on essential requirements for machines (Journal of Laws 2008 No. 199 item 1228 as amended). The indicated technical documentation is subject to issue in Polish (or with translation into Polish); c) EC Declaration of Conformity of the Equipment (as machines), meeting the requirements of the whole point 1 of Annex No. 3 to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 21.10.2008. d) Other documents, if they are necessary to use the Equipment or are listed in Annex 2 to the ToR or in the relevant Model Agreement, as documents to be issued to the Contracting Authority at the stage of Equipment acceptance. The subject matter of this order is the delivery of a brand new (unused), legally and physically defect-free delta robot for fast pick and place applications using vision techniques with the Equipment, including the Software (hereinafter referred to as the Equipment). A detailed description, indicating parameters or any other type of minimum technical, functional or other type of properties expected by the Employer for the Equipment is contained in Appendix 3 to the ToR - Technical and Scope Description of the subject matter of the contract for Task No. 3.2. The scope of this contract - execution of the delivery referred to above includes at least:1) sale and delivery of the offered Equipment to the Employer in place of: Technology Hall of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin at al. Piastów 19a in Szczecin;2) providing the Awarding Entity with a minimum of a perpetual, full and at least one-station license with regard to the computer programs indicated in Annex 3, as well as any other computer programs, if such programs will be the subject of an offer in Task 3 or components necessary to use the Equipment offered in Task 3;3) preparing the Equipment delivered to the Awarding Entity in the performance of this order for use by the Awarding Entity, consisting of a minimum of: a) installation (including, if necessary: a) installation (including, if necessary: fitting, putting together, connecting, performing the configuration, including the IT configuration) of individual components of the Equipment,b) and then performing the first trial start-up of the Equipment in order to confirm its correct operation (work);4) providing the Purchaser with a guarantee for the Equipment offered, delivered and handed over to the Purchaser, however, it is required to provide a guarantee for the Equipment for a period not shorter than 24 months, counting from the date of handing over the Equipment to the Purchaser;5) conducting for a minimum of 4 persons (future users of the Equipment) on the Purchaser's side (at the Equipment Delivery Point) an instructional training aimed at preparing these persons for the correct operation and use of the Equipment, lasting at least 3 days (18 h).6) Issuing to the Awarding Entity: a) the Warranty Document for the fact of granting the Awarding Entity the warranty referred to above (to the extent resulting from the submitted tender); b) the Technical Documentation of the Equipment (as machines) meeting the requirements of the whole point 1 of Appendix No. 2 to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 21.10.2008 on essential requirements for machines (Journal of Laws 2008 No. 199 item 1228 as amended). The subject of this order is the delivery of a brand new (unused), free of legal and physical defects, robot cooperating with a human being with 6 degrees of freedom with the Equipment, including the Software (hereinafter referred to as the Equipment). A detailed description, indicating parameters or any other type of minimum technical, functional or other type of properties expected by the Employer for the Equipment is contained in Annex 4 to the ToR - Technical and Scope Description of the subject matter of the contract for Task No. 4.2. The scope of this contract - execution of the delivery referred to above includes at least:1) sale and delivery of the offered Equipment to the Employer in place of: Technology Hall of the West-Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin at al. Piastów 19a in Szczecin;2) providing the Awarding Entity with a minimum of a perpetual, full and at least one-station license with regard to the computer programs indicated in Annex 4, as well as any other computer programs, if such programs will be the subject of an offer in Task 4 or components necessary to use the Equipment offered in Task 4;3) preparing the Equipment delivered to the Awarding Entity in the performance of this order for use by the Awarding Entity, consisting of a minimum of: a) installation (including, if necessary: a) installation (including, if necessary: fitting, putting together, connecting, performing the configuration, including the IT configuration) of particular elements of the Equipment,b) and then performing the first trial start-up of the Equipment in order to confirm its correct operation (work);4) providing the Purchaser with a guarantee for the Equipment offered, delivered and released to the Purchaser, however, it is required to provide a guarantee for the Equipment for a period not shorter than 24 months, counting from the date of releasing the Equipment to the Purchaser;5) conducting for a minimum of 4 persons (future users of the Equipment) on the Purchaser's side (at the Equipment Delivery Point) an instructional training aimed at preparing these persons for proper operation and use of the Equipment, lasting a minimum of 2 days (12 h).6) Issuing to the Awarding Entity: a) the Warranty Document for the fact of granting the Awarding Entity the guarantee referred to above (to the extent resulting from the submitted tender); b) the Technical Documentation of the Equipment (as machines) meeting the requirements of the whole point 1 of Appendix No. 2 to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 21.10.2008 on essential requirements for machines (Journal of Laws 2008 No. 199 item 1228 as amended). The indicated technical documentation is subject to issue in Polish (or with translation into Polish); c) EC Declaration of Conformity of the Equipment (as machines), meeting the requirements of the whole point 1 of Annex No. 3 to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 21.10.2008. d) Other documents, if they are necessary to use the Equipment or are listed in Annex 4 to the ToR or in the relevant Model Agreement, as documents to be issued to the Contracting Authority at the stage of Equipment acceptance. The scope of this contract - delivery of the above mentioned delivery includes at least:1) sale and delivery of the offered Equipment to the Employer in place of: Technology Hall of the West-Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin at al. The scope of this contract - delivery of the above mentioned delivery includes at least:1) sale and delivery of the offered Equipment to the Employer in place of: Technology Hall of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin at al.
