Description
As part of its modernization, La Poste wishes to acquire or lease to equip the Parcel Processing Platforms (PFC) with an industrial and autonomous solution for the transfer of bakery trolleys. The flows concerned are the so-called "non-mechanisable" parcel flow and the "to be repaired" parcel flow.
As part of its modernisation, La Poste wishes to acquire or lease to equip the Parcel Processing Platforms (PFCs) with an industrial, stand-alone solution for the transfer of bakery trolleys. The candidate will have to propose a turnkey installation on the sites to be defined, including:- an autonomous transfer means;- trolleys adapted to the type of parcels;- a computer interface with the defined system which will allow the supervision of the equipment and the control of the expected missions;- a preventive and curative maintenance offer.Within the parcel sorting platforms, the bakery is the operation of moving the production trolleys. The services will be organised in several phases (progressive implementation on one platform, deployment on several platforms) with intermediate validation stages. An acceptance phase will therefore be planned at the end of each phase. The bakery activity, for the parcel flows concerned, may be divided into several independent or interconnected missions. For the "non-mechanizable" parcel flow, the estimated volume of parcels is approximately 300 per hour. For the "to be repaired" parcel flow, the estimated volume of parcels is approximately 50 per hour.A parcel may be declared non-mechanizable for several reasons:- weight > 30 kg (within the limit of 50 kg)- dimension:-- L > 1 000 mm;-- L > 800 mm;-- L + l + h > 2 000.the number of solutions purchased by PFC will depend on the parcel handling capacity described above of these solutions.the estimated provisional volume is:- between 70 and 100 AGVs;- between 500 and 600 trolleys.these volume ranges are indicative and extend over the duration of the contract. The volume ordered will depend on the flexibility and scalability of the proposed solutions in accordance with the specifications to be provided.
