Description

The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a self-propelled tracked compost gantry flipper. 2. all costs of order execution, in particular the costs incurred in connection with the production or purchase, transport of the delivery item, its handing over to the Purchaser, start-up, training of the Purchaser's staff and the costs of tests and checks carried out before and during the reception at the place of delivery shall be borne in full by the Contractor within the sales price. The subject of the contract shall also include all additional services in connection with the delivery, in particular start-up, staff training, presence of the Contractor's representative at the mechanical, technological and operational start-up and all inspections during the warranty period, excluding consumables and natural wear and tear. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is presented in the ToR, Part III.
The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a self-propelled crawler-mounted compost gantry turnstiles, under the project No. RPLU.06.03.00-06-0001/16 entitled "Adjustment of Waste Management Plants in the Lublin Province to the requirements for RIPOK" submitted under the call for proposals RPLU.06.03.00-IZ.00-06-S01/2016 under Measure 6.3 Waste management of ROP WL for the years 2014-2020. 2. the Contractor must offer at least a 24-month warranty period with the possibility to apply a limit of at least 2,000 man-hours for the delivered order, calculated from the date of receipt of the delivery of the order covered by this procedure, and must undertake to repair free of charge any faults and defects during the warranty period. A detailed description of the scope of the quality guarantee is included in Part II of the ToR. The Contractor shall deliver to the Purchaser in Polish: instruction manual, warranty book, DTR documentation and a list of spare parts together with a list of consumables and natural wear and tear in paper or electronic version and other documents necessary for proper operation.
