1) Building cleaning / maintenance cleaning FZB "The Island" - entrance areas / 7 x week (Mon-Sun) - offices and staff areas / 1 x week - changing room / 7 x week - sauna and steam bath / 7 x week - swimming pool / 7 x week - toilets and changing rooms / 7 x week - showers / 7 x week - technical / no regular cleaning; 2) Performance requirements Daily forces In the indoor swimming pool with the adjoining wellness and sauna areas, 2 forces are deployed daily (including Sundays and public holidays) as scheduled, who ensure that a clean and well-maintained facility is permanently available to the guests of the pool within the framework of result-oriented cleaning. They are committed to ensuring that guests can feel completely at home in the leisure pool. The priority tasks therefore include the following: daily multiple checks of the condition of the sanitary facilities, the changing rooms and the entrance area If necessary, these areas will be cleaned up according to their condition, the donor systems refilled and the overall condition restored to a good and presentable condition. In addition, other and similar services must be carried out in consultation with the bath management. The following is a brief but certainly not conclusive outline of these services: Entrance areas and restaurant level at the entrance General: Regular inspection of the condition and, if necessary, subsequent cleaning 3) Basic cleaning FZB "Die Insel" The basic cleaning of the leisure pool is carried out once a year as part of the inspection work. For this purpose, the bathroom is generally closed for 14 days and all necessary work is carried out. Experience has shown that these activities take approx. 280 - 310 hours on normal working days. In addition to high-pressure equipment for small areas such as changing rooms, toilets, showers, connecting corridors ..., which can also be used for regular cleaning, scrubbing vacuum cleaners are also used for the large open areas in the bathroom. NOT part of the basic cleaning is a cleaning of the pool interior!
