Both inner tubes are made of stainless steel material 1.4539. The following conditions must be taken into account:- The existing chimney tube WSO3 currently requires a coupling with chimney tube WSO2 in the upper area, the GRP tube WSO3 alone is not stable and must therefore be replaced first.- The conversion must be carried out in such a way that a line can remain in operation.- It must be noted that a falconry is installed above the concrete shaft. The chimney inner tubes will each be provided with a cleaning opening in the lower area - As before, the inner tubes must be completely insulated in order to reduce condensation. In the area of the concrete shaft a multi-layer insulation of mineral wool mats is sufficient, in the area outside the shaft a metal sheeting is added as weather protection - Access to the chimney openings above the concrete shaft is still to be made possible by a new ladder to be supplied - The existing lightning protection is to be restored for the new chimney pipes - The delivery limit is the existing connecting ducts which are connected to the chimney inner pipes by means of a rectangular flange.- The repair of the concrete damage revealed during dismantling must be carried out at the same time as the assembly work, as this is the only way of ensuring accessibility for the work to be carried out - the chimney tube lighting must be replaced.Main mass - 2 chimney inner tubes, length approx. 91 m each, inner diameter approx. 0.9 m each, mouth height approx. 100 m, material 1.4539, additional insulation of the inner tubes - concrete renovation of the chimney outer tube, inner diameter approx. 4 m, total height of the concrete shaft approx. 82 m - renewal of the interior lighting, etc.
