India - India - Design and construction of sewage treatment plant and its allied works

Description

An Industrial City Development Authority in India invites Request for Qualification (RFQ) cum Request for Proposal (RFP) for Design and Construction of Sewage Pumping Stations, Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Master Balancing Reservoir - Recycled Water (MBR-R) & Pumping Station on EPC basis and its Operation & Maintenance in the region.

(A) Technical Capacity Required for the project:
(i) For demonstrating technical capacity and experience, the Applicant shall, over the past 7 financial years preceding the Application Due Date, have received payments for construction of Eligible Project(s) such that the sum total thereof is more than Rs. 131 Crores (£1.31 billion).
(ii) Provided that at least one Half of the Threshold Technical capacity shall consists of at least:
(a) Completion of one project of “Design and Construction of minimum 10 MLD capacity of Sewage Treatment Plant” up to tertiary treatment level and with any of the treatment technologies as specified below:
1. Extended aeration system
2. Moving Bed Bio Reactor System
3. Membrane Bio Reactor system
4. Sequential Batch Reactor system
(b) Completion of one project of “Design, Construction, Operation and Maintenance for a period of minimum 2 years of 5 MLD capacity of Sewage Treatment Plant” upto tertiary treatment level and with any of the treatment technologies as specified below
1. Extended aeration system
2. Moving Bed Bio Reactor System
3. Membrane Bio Reactor system
4. Sequential Batch Reactor system
Or
Completion of Operation and Maintenance of minimum 2 years of the project (a) above.
(c) Completion of one project of “Treatment plant (WTP/STP/CETP) of minimum 5 MLD capacity with SCADA System”.
(iii) Engineering capacity: The bidder must have minimum 25 engineers on their payroll having relevant experience in design and construction of similar projects.

(i)Pre-Bid Conference: 11 May 2016
(ii)Bid Due Date: 27 June 2016
(iii)Opening of Technical Bids: 27 June 2016
(iv) Validity of Bids: 120 days of Bid Due Date
(v) Signing of Contract: Within 30 days of Letter of Award (LOA)
