In order to ensure the operation of the dormitory, this tender is for the refurnishing of 24 rooms on floors 1 and 2 of the dormitory of the Oberstufenzentren Potsdam (Bisamkiez 107-111, 14478 Potsdam). The subject of this invitation to tender is the delivery, free delivery to the place(s) of use and the ready-to-use assembly of furniture at the above-mentioned location. Further aspects in connection with the service:(1) Delivery:The delivery must take place between the 43rd and 44th calendar week of 2024. It shall be made "free place(s) of use"; the offer shall include the installation and ready-to-use assembly at the location of the dormitory of the Oberstufenzentren Potsdam (Bisamkiez 107-111, 14478 Potsdam). A complete delivery is assumed. Partial deliveries are only permitted if agreed in advance and access to the dormitory is possible through the main entrance to the campus grounds. A ramp and an elevator are available on site. The distance from the ramp to the floors is approx. 40 meters.(2) Subsequent delivery guarantee: At the time of delivery, the contractor undertakes to only offer products that can still be delivered in series for at least 5 years. There shall also be a subsequent delivery guarantee for individual parts and small parts (adjustable feet, etc.) for at least 5 years after delivery. (3) Certificate for mattresses: OEKO-Tex Standard 100 certification is required for the mattresses. A copy of the valid certificate must be enclosed with the offer in German. (4) Packaging:If packaging and waste materials are generated, these must be removed immediately and free of charge for the client and disposed of properly.(5) Personnel:All persons employed by the contractor on site must be able to communicate in German in order to be able to follow possible instructions on site if necessary.
