The tender is for the supply of a urological X-ray workstation for the Clinic for Urology (Director Prof. Dr. Dr. Arnulf Stenzl) at the University Hospital Tübingen and the provision of associated services (project management, installation, training and commissioning) and services over a contract period of 8 years (conclusion of a full service contract).
The tender is for the supply of a urological X-ray workstation for the Clinic for Urology (Director Prof. Dr. Dr. Arnulf Stenzl) at the University Hospital Tübingen as well as the provision of related services (project management, installation, training and commissioning) and services over a contract period of 8 years (conclusion of full service contract).A dedicated X-ray diagnostic system for imaging and fluoroscopy with special suitability for complete urological diagnostics and all endourological interventions is required.minimum requirements (A criteria)- 80 KW X-ray generator power;- solid-state detector with at least 40 cm x 40 cm field of view;- examination table especially suitable for urological diagnostics and endourological interventions.Further requirements (evaluation criteria):Suitability and approval for- Urological examinations for X-ray diagnostics and for all endourological interventions: e.g. Cysturethrogram (CUG), intravenous pyelogram (IVP), micturition cystethrogram (MCU), prostate punch biopsy (P-PE), puncture fistula (PUFI) or renal voiding (NLA);- X-rays in lying, standing and sitting position;- Transurethral interventions such as e.g. ureterorenoscopy (URS), double-J-catheter (DJ), cystoscopy or transurethral resections (TURB, TURP);- percutaneous urological interventions such as, for example, ureterorenoscopy (URS) percutaneous nephrostomy (PCN) or percutaneous nephrolitholapaxy (PCNL);- Video-supported urodynamic examinations;- Micturition cystourethrograms (MCU);- Laparoscopic interventions;- Urological diagnostics and endourological interventions on children.The system shall have the following functions, features and characteristics:- Special pediatric programs for dose reduction during examinations of children;- Overview images of the entire urogenital tract in one image;- Abdominal overview with one image (KUB);- Effective use of all possible dose reduction measures (radiation protection) for patient and examiner;- Height-adjustable examination table with the lowest possible entrance height for the patient;- possibility to store preferred working positions and to move to them at the push of a button;- Optimum patient access for the users;- Sufficient space for the anaesthetist at the head end;- No repositioning of the patient during the examination if possible;- Free view from every working position due to smoothly pivoting monitors;- Display system with a 32" screen diagonal and a 4K matrix;- Compatibility with regard to the size of the screen and the size of the 4K matrix IT system integration- Connection to the existing HIS and PACS via DICOM standard interfaces;- Connection to the existing dose management system via DICOM RDSR;- Optional extension of the full service contract by 24 months (2 x 12 months).
