France - Identification and definition of the Vieille Lys EBF and management recommendations

Description

The purpose of this contract is to identify and define the "Espace de Bonne Fonctionnement" (EBF) of the Vieille Lys and its tributaries, and to draw up management recommendations.

Faced with climate change and the erosion of biodiversity, Nature-based Adaptation Solutions (SaFN) appear to be the preferred solutions for restoring aquatic environments. For this reason, the EBF restoration and preservation program must propose Nature-based adaptation measures wherever possible.
This contract comprises a firm tranche, broken down as follows:
