Description

The purpose of this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is to select a panel of suppliers with a view to supplying fuels to contracting authorities wishing to use the public transport purchasing centre to meet their needs.This DPS is concluded by the Public Transport Purchasing Centre (CATP) as part of its centralised purchasing activity relating to the acquisition of services intended for purchasers, as provided for in Article L. 2113-2 1 of the CCP.
SP 95-E5 in accordance with the decree of 23.12.1999 on the characteristics of premium unleaded petrol. SP 98-E5 complies with the decree of 23.12.1999 on the characteristics of premium unleaded petrol. SP95-E10 complies with the decree of 26.1.2009 on the characteristics of premium unleaded petrol 95-E10. B7 diesel fuel in compliance with the decree of 23.12.1999 on the characteristics of diesel fuel and cold gas oil. B10 gas oil in accordance with the Order of 1 June 2018 on the characteristics of gas oil and very cold gas oil, known as B10 gas oil. B30 gas oil in accordance with the Order of 29.3.2016 on the characteristics of gas oil and gas oil for extreme cold, known as "B30 gas oil". B100 diesel fuel in accordance with the Order of 29 March 2018 on the characteristics of fuel known as B100. XTL synthetic diesel in accordance with standard EN 15940 and the Order of 28.2.2017 on the characteristics of paraffinic synthetic diesel and diesel obtained by hydrotreatment, known as XT diesel.
