Description
You will need to develop a package of comprehensive human resource management tools for public service in Barbados, this being:
- a human resource transformation strategy which is aligned with the country’s development plans and which will provide human resource management transformation in the the public sector
- a new human resource model, which is designed to be line with the approved strategy
- a strategic workforce plan, which must reflect alignment with the approved strategy
The project is expected to be for 9 months.
