Description

The Centre de services scolaire des Chênes (hereinafter referred to as the Centre de services scolaire) wishes to obtain sealed bids to retain the services of one or more service providers for housekeeping services for nine (9) of its facilities, which are separated into six (6) distinct lots, each lot being the subject of a separate award:
Lot 1
050 - Jean-Raimbault High School
Lot 2
053-058 - École secondaire Jeanne-Mance and Pavillon Mayrand
Lot 3
055 - Marie-Rivier High School
Lot 4
057-067-081 - La Poudrière High School, CFER des Chênes and School Store
Lot 5
402-080 - Centre de formation professionnelle Paul-Rousseau (CFPPR) and maintenance shop
412 - CFPPR Centre Alessa, hairdressing and esthetics sector
421 - CFPPR Centre Alessa, Health sector
484 - CFPPR Construction
486 - CFPPR Centre Alessa, Food sector
Lot 6
056 - Saint-Frédéric administrative center
301 - Centre FGA Drummond
Six (6) separate contracts will be awarded to one or more service providers on the basis of the lowest compliant bidder for each lot.
Bidders are not required to submit a price for all lots. The successful bidder will be selected in accordance with the method described in the section "Selection of the successful bidder".

Center de services scolaire office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
