Description
The Museo Regional de Magallanes, MRM, under the National Cultural Heritage Service, needs to contract the interior cleaning service for its facilities located at 949 Hernando de Magallanes St., Punta Arenas, in the Magallanes and Chilean Antarctica Region.
The main building of the museum consists of 2,000 square meters; however, only approximately 528 square meters are of current use that will have to be cleaned on a continuous basis. The MRM facilities are in very good condition, but the inclement weather always requires periodic maintenance.
