France - Housekeeping, floor and window cleaning in schools and other city and CCAS buildings

Description

The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide housekeeping, floor and window cleaning services for schools and buildings owned by the City and the Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS). This framework agreement is part of a grouping of orders, established by deliberation no. 2015-00092 of June 29, 2015, between the City and the Centre Communal d'Action Sociale, whose coordinator is the City of Les Pavillons-sous-Bois. The single-award framework agreement is divided into 2 lots and drawn up in accordance with the provisions of articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the French Public Order Code. It will be processed on the basis of a global and lump-sum price for routine and periodic services, and unit prices for additional or occasional services. The contract is concluded with no minimum and a maximum amount, as shown in the description for each lot, for services covered by unit prices.
