Regardless of the method of transmission of documents, submissions for Notice VAL-198 must be received by 11:00 a.m., local time, January 10, 2019. Submissions for Notice VAL-199 must be received by 11:15 a.m., local time, January 10, 2019. Submissions for Notice VAL-200 must be received by 11:00 a.m., local time on January 17, 2019. In all three cases, bids must be received at the Clerk's Office located at L'Ancienne-Lorette City Hall, 1575 Turmel Street, L'Ancienne-Lorette, G2E 3J5, to be publicly opened at that location, those dates and times, in the presence of at least two witnesses. The City of L'Ancienne-Lorette reserves the right to accept neither the lowest nor any of the bids received and disclaims any liability for any loss, cost or damage caused by the preparation or presentation of the bids. The City reserves the right to remove certain goods, equipment or services from the contract. In addition, the City may not be the subject of any action, claim for costs or losses incurred by bidders as a result of such decisions.
