Description

The subject matter of the contract covers the performance of the task entitled: "Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the commune of Łysomice" in the period from 01 January 2022 until 31 December 2022 and equipping these properties with containers and bags for selective collection of municipal waste. Detailed information regarding the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ (Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract) as well as in Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ (CHARACTERISTICS OF THE Municipality of ŁYSOMICE).
The subject matter of the contract includes the performance of the task entitled: "Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the commune of Łysomice" within the period from 1st January 2022 until 31st December 2022 and equipping these properties with containers and bags for selective collection of municipal waste. 2. Detailed information regarding the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ (Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract) as well as in Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ (CHARACTERISTICS OF THE Municipality of ŁYSOMICE). 3. The price of the offer must be complete, unambiguous and final. The Economic Operator shall calculate the price on the basis of the Terms of Reference with appendices. The offer should include all necessary elements and foreseen costs connected with the task completion. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for examining with due diligence the subject matter of the contract and for obtaining information regarding any and all conditions and obligations which may in any way affect the value or nature of the tender or the performance of the subject matter of the contract.
