Description

The Berufsgenossenschaft Holz und Metall intends to hold a company doctors' conference for company doctors who look after the client's member companies. For the realization of the meeting the Federal States North Rhine-Westphalia, Baden-Wuerttemberg (government districts Karlsruhe and Stuttgart), North Bavaria (government districts Upper Franconia, Middle Franconia, Lower Franconia) or Rhineland-Palatinate come into question. At least one date per year must be formally and bindingly confirmed in the offer form (document 05 of the award documents). In March of the previous year, the client agrees the next date with the contractor. For detailed planning, it will contact the contractor in good time, but at least 3 months before the next event date. It is intended to conclude a framework agreement with a contractor for the implementation of the company physician conference. The first term of the contract shall begin on 1.4.2020 and end on 31.3.2021. The Principal shall be entitled to exercise an option to extend this Framework Agreement three times by 12 months in each case.12 If the extension option is exercised, the Contractor shall be notified in writing by 31 March before the next date specified in the offer form (document 05 of the award documents) and the next date for the provision of the service shall be agreed.The scope of services includes in particular overnight accommodations for about 220 persons in a single room, event rooms (approx. 300 participants, parliamentary seating, additional room, event technology, etc.), catering services and sufficient parking facilities. The estimated order volume is per event. EUR 59 000,00. A net order volume of EUR 240 000,00 is estimated for 4 years.
