Description
The Church of Norway National Council wants to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of hotel services in connection with holding the Church Assembly 2022-2024 with an option for 1 additional year.The Church Assembly is a 6 day working session that is held once per year. It is important that the meeting participants have good working conditions, since the work takes places extensively throughout the day with plenary session gatherings/committee meetings up until 22.00.The hotel must therefore have comfortable, modern and flexible course/conference facilities suitable for groups of 8-300 persons.The hotel must located in Trondheim.For a more detailed description of the procurement refer to Annex A — Delivery Description.Dates:— 20-25.4.2022,— 19-24.4.2023,— 10-15.4.2024,— 23-28.4.2025 (option).
