Detailed description of the subject matter of the order is contained in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ Description of the subject matter of the order.Package No. 1 - Infectious medical waste.Package No. 2 - Hazardous medical waste.Package No. 3 - Non-hazardous medical waste
Package No.1- Infectious medical waste: - 180102* - body parts and containers for blood and blood preservative storage (excluding 180103*) - estimated quantity indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.-. 180103* - other waste that contains live pathogenic microorganisms or their toxins and other forms capable of transmitting genetic material known or reliably believed to cause diseases in humans and animals (e.g. materials and equipment contaminated with blood, excretions, secretions, used dressing materials, diapers of infected patients) - estimated quantity indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.Waste falling under the code:- 180102*, requiring special handling, such as parts of the human body detached from the whole (post-operative) are placed in special containers 60 l, and 30l,then put into labeled red polyethylene bags (bags are provided by the Employer).Tissues after histopathological examinations are placed in sealable hard containers, then put into labeled red polyethylene bags.Other waste (e.g., packages of blood and blood preparations) placed into labeled red polyethylene bags.- 180102* - are collected in special containers, and 30l., then put into labeled red polyethylene bags. 180103* - shall be collected at the place of their formation into containers or single-use bags made of polyethylene film, red in color, durable, resistant to moisture and chemicals, with the possibility of one-time closure (sharps waste shall be put into labeled, spe-cial, single-use plastic containers with irreversible closure, with hard walls, resistant to puncture, puncture and other damage. They shall be tightly sealed before being put into the red bag).Collection of waste from Package No. 1 with codes 180102*, 180103*, will take place daily at 6:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. The storage time of waste by the Purchaser shall not exceed 24 hours.* Infectious waste in the waste catalog is waste marked with a superscript in the form of an asterisk "*" next to the waste type code, unless the provisions of Article 7 of the Waste Law apply.In accordance with Article 20(3) of the Waste Law paragraph 3 of the Waste Act, the Contractor shall be obliged to neutralize medical waste with infectious properties from the Independent Clinical Hospital of Prof. W Orlowski in the area of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.It is allowed to neutralize infectious waste in the area of the voivodeship other than the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, in the nearest incineration plant, in case there is no incineration plant in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, or the existing incineration plants do not have the capacity. Package No. 2 - Hazardous medical waste:- 180106* - Chemicals, including chemical reagents, containing hazardous substances - estimated quantity indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.- 180108* - cytotoxic and cytostatic drugs - estimated quantity indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.Waste falling under the code:- 180106* - is collected in labeled containers, then put into labeled yellow bags.- 180108* - cytotoxic and cytostatic drugs - estimated quantity indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 180108* - cytoxic and cytostatic drugs - residues of cytostatic drugs with equipment, personal protective equipment put into labeled yellow polyethylene bags. Sharps waste is put into labeled special disposable plastic containers with irreversible closure, with hard walls, resistant to puncture, puncture and other damage. They shall be sealed tightly before being put into the yellow bag.Collection of waste from Package No. 2 with codes, 180106*, 180108* will be carried out daily, i.e., Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The storage time of waste by the Purchaser shall not exceed 72 hours.* Hazardous waste in the waste catalog is waste marked with a superscript in the form of an asterisk "*" next to the waste type code, unless the provisions of Article 7 of the Waste Law apply. Package No. 3 - Non-hazardous medical waste:- 180104 - other waste than those listed in 180103* (e.g., cloth or plaster dressings, linens, disposable clothing, masks, diapers, empty vials, drug ampoules, sterile product packaging, etc.). - estimated quantity indicated in appendix no. 2- 180109 - medicines other than those listed in 180108 (vials and ampoules of leftover oral medicines and expired medicines) - estimated quantity indicated in appendix no. 2- 180101 - surgical and surgical instruments and their residues (excluding 18 01 03)Waste falling under the code:- 180104 - is collected in labeled boxes/containers, then put into polyethylene bags of blue color.- 180104 - is collected in labeled boxes/containers, then put into polyethylene bags of blue color. 180109 - are collected in labeled boxes/containers, then put into blue-colored polyethylene bags.- 180101 - are collected in labeled boxes/containers, then put into blue-colored polyethylene bagsCollection of waste from Package No. 3 with codes 180104, 18101 and 180109, will take place every day, i.e. Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The storage time of waste by the Purchaser shall not exceed 72 hours.
